Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering, or using the services available on the v87 platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms & Conditions. Account Registration & Management

• Transferring or selling an account to another party is not permitted.

• Members are not permitted to use automated software, bots, or third-party tools to play on the Platform.
• Collusion between two or more accounts to manipulate game outcomes is a serious violation that will result in permanent account closure.
• Any bugs or technical vulnerabilities found in games must be reported to the v87 team. Exploiting such vulnerabilities for personal gain is a violation of these terms.
• Game results recorded in the v87 system are final. Unless there is clear evidence of a technical error, system decisions cannot be disputed.

Member Conduct & Platform Use

Conditions that may result in account closure by v87:

• Found to have provided false information during the registration or KYC process.
• Creating or operating more than one active account.
• Engaging in fraudulent practices, collusion, or illegal activities through the Platform.
• Violating the member conduct terms outlined in Article 06.
• Unable to prove legitimate ownership of deposited funds when verification is requested.

In the event of account closure triggered by a member violation, any remaining balance may not be withdrawable depending on the findings of the internal investigation. v87 will provide adequate explanation to affected members via their registered email.

Platform Limitation of Liability

V87 provides the Platform on an as-is basis and does not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption. Certain conditions beyond the platform's control, such as network outages, system updates, or emergencies, may affect service availability.

• V87 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connection issues on the member's end.
• V87 is not responsible for losses caused by a third party accessing a member's account due to the member's own failure to maintain account security.

• The decision to play and the amount wagered are entirely the member's own responsibility.
